1. About Finuraa

Finuraa is a free personal finance platform providing financial calculators, structured learning courses, in-depth guides, and educational resources. Our tools cover areas including mutual fund investments, SIP planning, EMI calculations, income tax estimation, PPF, NPS, fixed deposits, and more. Finuraa is designed for users in India, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Finuraa is operated as an independent platform. We are not a bank, brokerage, mutual fund distributor, or SEBI-registered investment advisor. All content is strictly educational and informational.

2. Eligibility

By using Finuraa, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Minors under 18 are not permitted to use this service. If you are using Finuraa on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Account creation is optional. Most features including all calculators and guides are available without signing in. If you create an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials and not share them with others.
• Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Not create accounts using automated methods or for impersonation purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Finuraa only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, our servers, or other users’ accounts.

5. Not Financial Advice

All content on Finuraa is for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the platform (including calculator outputs, course materials, guides, or articles) constitutes personalised financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax guidance.

Finuraa is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (India), FCA-authorised firm (UK), or SEC-registered investment adviser (US). Calculator results are mathematical projections based on inputs you provide and assumed rates. They are not guarantees of actual returns. Market conditions, inflation, tax laws, and fund performance can all vary significantly. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Finuraa, including but not limited to text, graphics, course materials, calculator logic, guide articles, logos, and code, is owned by Finuraa or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without written permission.
• Create derivative works based on our content.
• Use our content for commercial purposes or in other products or services.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Finuraa may contain links to third-party websites, brokers, insurance providers, or other services. Some of these may be affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you sign up through our links, at no extra cost to you. These relationships do not influence our editorial content.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk, and you should review their terms and privacy policies independently.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of calculator results or content.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
• Freedom from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finuraa and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Finuraa at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If you are accessing from the UK or US, local mandatory consumer protection laws may also apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users via a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Finuraa after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform.
