Account data (via Firebase Auth): Name, email address, profile photo (if you sign in with Google), and optional profile fields like city and date of birth.

Financial data (entered by you): Budget entries, financial goals, investment portfolio holdings, risk profile, and insurance status. This data is used solely to power your dashboard — we do not analyse it for advertising.

Usage data: Device type, browser, approximate location, pages visited, and referral source — collected via Google Analytics in aggregated, anonymised form.

How We Use It

• To provide and personalise the service (budgets, goals, portfolio)
• To generate fund allocation suggestions based on your risk profile
• To calculate your financial health score
• To improve the platform through anonymised usage analytics
• To send essential service communications (e.g., password resets)

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal or financial data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS). We use Firestore Security Rules to ensure each user can only access their own data. No user can read another user’s financial information.

Cookies

We use a session cookie (Firebase Auth — strictly necessary) and Google Analytics cookies (aggregated, anonymised usage). Google AdSense cookies may also be served; you can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

Third-Party Services

Your Rights

• Access & export — View and download your data from Settings at any time.
• Correct — Update or modify your profile or financial information at any time.
• Delete — Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data from Settings. This action is irreversible.
• Withdraw consent — Stop using the Service at any time. Disable analytics cookies via your browser settings.

Children's Privacy

Finuraa is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it promptly.
